Pre-E3 news breaks out over the weekend and with it news about the NEW PSP emerge. It’s called the PSP Go and it looks amazing. We have some details of what the latest device from Sony will offer including 16GB of Flash Storage with Bluetooth and it’ll be smaller than the current version of the PSP. And it’s a slider screen too!

It’s been 15 years since the Punch-Out!! franchise first hit local arcades. Not many people knew of Punch-Out!! until it was brought onto the NES 3 years later in 1987 with Mike Tyson as the cover athlete and the final opponent. Then Super Punch-Out!! came out in 1994, giving the franchise slick 16-bit graphics, an updated roster of fighters, and a new look for Little Mac.
A new Punch-Out!! was released recently for a new generation of gamers on the Nintendo Wii. Will the game live up to its predecessors?

We reported last month Joker would be a playable character in Batman: Arkham Asylum. Thanks to the E3 gods, we have a gameplay trailer that shows The Joker in action.
In the trailer, you’ll see The Joker take out some guards with some traditional fist-a-cuffs, as well as some unique ways that involve toys from his personal collection. When all is said and done, we all could agree on one thing: The Joker is truly insane.

We’re still trying to figure out why this game will be huge. We know everyone enjoys the LEGO series. And Harmonixs’ Rock Band is already a successful title. But can you really put Cranberry with any other juice, and will it still taste crisp and refreshing?

It’s time once again for would-be medical professionals to save a life or two. Atlus announced today they will be making a new game titled Trauma Team.
If you’ve played any of the Trauma Center games for the Wii or DS, then you’ll know what to expect from this title. In the past titles, you simply played a surgeon. Trauma Team will allow players to play across six different medical fields: general surgeon, diagnostician, EMT, orthopedic surgeon, endoscopic technician, and medical examiner.
Trauma Team will also include a completely new dynamic story with an anime art style. Expect Trauma Center to release in Spring 2010.

Throughout the history of gaming, there have always been games that reshape the landscape. I would like to point them out with a weekly column touching upon these games and sharing their success to the new gaming community. We should always know where we came from, if we expect to have an idea of where we are going.

The E3 goodness keeps a-comin’ with the latest gameplay trailer for Lost Planet 2. In the trailer, we see tons of action, explosions, and a death defying leap onto a train. It seems this time around, Lost Planet won’t be an issolated experience as you are fighting your way with a squad to make your way through the game.
As of now, little is known of the game, but the team who worked on the original Lost Planet has learned a lot from customer feedback on what gamers like / disliked about the game and they’re promising vast improvements.

BioWare and EA bring us the sequel to an Xbox 360 (and PC) exclusive title. Slow elevator rides, texture pop-in, boring planets? All gone. Instead we get suave fish-man assassins and a new car! That’s just some of the things that Bioware revealed at E3.

During last night’s GTTV show on Spike TV, Bethesda Softworks’ new title was revealed. If Bethesda Softworks sounds familiar to you, that’s because they’ve been behind some of the greatest games in recent history, the most recent being Fallout 3 & The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.
The game is called Brink and the setting for the game seems to be some kind of sci-fi space setting. It also seems Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory & Enemy Territory: Quake Wars developer Splash Damage is on board with the project. Does that mean Brink will be a space RPG shooter similar to Mass Effect? Only time will tell
