Free Show Alert: Japanese Group Happyfunsmile Returns To The Forbidden City Tonight!
You know I love keeping you guys up to date with all the fun Otaku news out there, so here is an event that you will not want to miss! Not only is it the awesome Japanese group Happyfunsmile perfoming but it is absolutley free! So if you have a hot date you would like to bring or just your brother Gary come tonight and have some 100% duty free fun!
At last! After a 5 month break while band leader Wynn Yamami sorted out the aftermath of receiving his Doctorate in Music this past November (congratulations!) and has organized his affairs enough so that he can take his special chindon band back to their home stomping grounds at the Forbidden Palace in Alphabet City! There is NO band like them in New York, and practically no Chindon players are left back in the home country either, so they are VERY very special and deserve our love & respect!!!
