Rockstar Games dropped the finale to the GTA IV saga with The Ballad of Gay Tony a few weeks ago and, amongst plenty of competition, concluded with a mere whimper.
It’s not a bad expansion pack. On the contrary, it’s actually rather good and one deserving the Rockstar insignia stamped on it, but compared to GTA IV proper and The Lost and Damned expansion it can only ever hope to hold up as third place.

In the spirit of Halloween, we got a treat for you guys with our first ever Halloween Caption Contest. Thanks to our friends with benefits, we got a couple of Zombie Apocalypse Xbox Live redeemable codes to hand out. This Caption Contest will feature our ‘Trick or Treat’ edition with our very simple entry rules below. Our Zombie Apocalypse review should shed some light on what to expect in the game. It’s no surprise that a game featuring Zombies right before Halloween is getting the attention of gamers. But, developer Nihilistic Software’s “Zombie Apocalypse” has the ability to be a very successful XBLA & PSN game thanks to Konami. Resembling Left4Dead in many ways, it’s hard not to compare the basic gameplay to the Xbox 360/PC counterpart. As a mater of fact, on the Left4Dead back box cover, it reads “Can you survive the Zombie Apocalypse?” hmmm, see the similarities? With 4 players you kill as many Zombies as you can and survive each day as you progress to the next all the way up to 55 gruesome levels. I say if Smash TV can did it, so can Zombie Apocalypse. Just in time for Halloween too

Rockstar has released the 2nd trailer for the upcoming October 29th 360-only game which will be called Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City. Remember you will not need Grand Theft Auto IV to play these two games. And you have two ways to play it. It will be available on XBox Live Marketplace or on disc. It looks like Gay Tony WILL feature women so relax.

More PS3 news today. We received word from Bethesda that the previously announced DLC for the PS3 will come as soon as September 24th. On that day you can expect to see Broken Steel on the PSN. Read below for the rest of the Fallout 3 DLC planned for what dates. There’s also a Game of The Year edition on Oct. 13th.
