Man Dies While Jogging On The Wii!

Tim Eves, a 25 year old man from England that was said to be fit and healthy collapsed and died, moments after playing Wii Fit. The young man was on the jogging mode while his girlfriend watched him fall to the ground, later calling an ambulance. He was a rock band drummer and scout, bursting with energy so it is ironic that this would happen to him

According to his mother, “We spoke to him on the phone when he was playing on the Wii machine. He told us he had just ordered himself a kebab and was sitting there with a glass of port… But a little while after he had put the phone down, he collapsed for no reason. It was completely out of the blue… They still can’t come up with an answer why it happened, which is one of the reasons it is so hard to come to terms with — there was no reason for it… It is just unbelievable.”

The theory is that he could have been killed by Sudden Adult Death Syndrome which I never even knew existed. I have heard of babies that suffer that fate but adults? Perhaps hey had a heart condition similar to John Ritter’s and it was unknown to him and his loved ones. It is odd that it occurred while he was jogging, it had to be something else that was overlooked. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time and I hope this doesn’t deter others to purchase Wii Fit because honestly the workout is not that great that you will collapse and die from it.
