Super Mario Bento!

super

It does not get any sweeter than this  guys! I was browsing the mystical world which is flickr and found this yummy piece of art! It is a Bento, for those who do not know what a Bento is and consists of, it is a single-portion takeout or home-packed meal common in Japanese cuisine.  Common foods found in a bento are rice,  fish, steak and vegetables.

This masterpiece was created by the flickr user wingedegg, she  has tons of bento creations on her account along with some other neat pics but this out of all caught my eye! I am not even a huge  Seafood fan but if this was in front of me I would have to try it!  It is a mix smoked salmon and cream cheese onigiri mixed with wasabi  and soy sauce , vinaigrette salad and  m&m’s  sweet rice for dessert. If you go to the actual page , and scroll over each food item a description will be above on how she made it so you can make one too! Perhaps you can try a Donkey Kong Bento or Halo 3 Bento! The choices are limitless!

Hello World, My name is Jennifer Safanova ! I am what you call a casual gamer but I have been playing video games since I was 4. My first console was Atari and I moved up to Snes and so on and so on. My 3 favorite games of all time have to be Super Mario World , Condemned and Halo 3! I am here to give a female perspective of the gaming, gadget and anime world. That being said I am a huge lover of Japanese culture and am a huge collector of anime, manga, figures, Japanese paintings, etc etc. I am also a gamer model and a huge comic book nerd! If you go to my link on myspace you can even see me cosplaying as Spiderwoman. I am happy go lucky, silly and have the heart of child. I am very friendly , have a great sense of humor and am very outgoing! So that is a little on me, I will try to keep you guys entertained as much as I possibly can and maybe open your eyes to some things you did not know of but happy you now do!
