We’ve mentioned the possibility of a Metal Gear Solid 4 Trophy patch in previous posts. The problem is, we never thought it would take THIS long. In a statement made in a Kojima Productions podcast, the idea of releasing a PS3 Trophy patch is possible.
Just to address one issue that we’ve been getting a lot of comments about. And this is, of course, about trophies.
I just wanna tell everybody out there right now that your voices are being heard and that we’re not ignoring you. We hear everything that you are saying. It’s just that we can’t say anything just yet.
But as soon as we have something to say, we will announce it. So, if we can just ask everyone to just be patient, we will give you an answer. But right now we can’t say anything. So we just ask for everyone’s understanding with that and just ask for everybody to remain patient and we’ll let you know.
While the podcast transcript doesn’t sound as smooth as it did when listening to it, his tone expressed his real “non-disclusure” to the situation. Which only means they balking at the release. If it was a “dead idea” this would have been answered long ago.
And if you didn’t know, the mandatory PS3 Trophy system was a must for any game released in 2009. MGS4 was released on June 12th, 2008. So, will we see a Trophy Patch this year? How bout ever?
