Are you a fan of PixelJunk Monsters?  Do you know who Q-Games are?  Did you answer “Yes” and nod your head forward? Did you nod after you just read the last line?  If you answered “Yes” to any of these, you’ll be glad to know there will be a New PixelJunk monsters coming to the PSP.  It’s titled PixelJunk Monsters Deluxe and it will feature the same islands that were found in PixelJunk Monsters and Encore PLUS, are you ready for this, an all new island with 11 stages, new monsters, new towers and new bosses.  This game literally screams new.  But there’s one catch, it will be coming to the PSP.  So for you PS3 fans, I hope you love handhelds (or know someone you can borrow it from).

Although PSP isn’t getting Trophy support yet, Monsters Deluxe will feature a “Medal Challenge” mode that replicates the achievement system used on the console. In addition, unlocking Medals will give players access to unlockables, such as videos, artwork and more. Finally, PixelJunk Monsters wouldn’t be complete without a co-op mode. You’ll be able to go online in both Ad-Hoc and Infrastructure modes.
