This is really annoying since I’m a big Sony fan. However, now I”m really thinking about investing more in Xbox Live and give ms my business. What does Sony have to say about this? and time line being posted?

What I found out is that all you have to do is up date your credit card info and I was able to get rid of the error code, I did this on the playstation network on the computer, instead of the playstation. Here is what I did to get rid of this hope it helps you out. Start by asking for a new password change on playstation online, then change password and submit it, then turn your playstation on and it will say wrong password to log on (it will prompt you with the automatic sign in), go to your password setting and delete your old password then type in the new password and it will let you log on and you will be able to update and change your credit card info and the 800023102 error will be gone. Let me know if this help it worked for me. I thought I post this again for those having trouble with the code it works, I have not had a problem since, hope this helps.
