PlayStation Network Store Issues, Error 80023102
[UPDATE 3] – The engineers have finished their maintenance, and applying the final tweaks. The Store should be functioning now as normal. Thanks again for your patience.

[UPDATE] We received a message that now both PS3 and XBox 360 user’s are receiving issues on PSN and XBox Live while trying to download the Call of Duty Map Pack 1.
We’re getting some reports concerning PSN errors hitting some PS accounts today through the PS3. We’ve been told, since 2PM PDT (5PM EDT) some user’s have been receiving an error has occurred (80023102) code message. With today’s release of Thursday’s PlayStation Store update, this issue could be related to all the new updates. Other have reported, this issue is related to adding funds into the PlayStation Store wallet.
We’ll keep you posted as we investigate this issue…

ive been trying for 2.5 hours to download the cod maps. this is ridiculous. nothing but errors.

I’m in Australia and having the same issue, I can’t even get into the store. I get the error 8071053d
im still having problems with it!!!
Yup I got that error but i was able to download the Map Pack. It was kind of strange but I blew it off. PSN should jump on this one quick.
I can even login to the PSN now….It hapeen when I updated WAW patch…… then went in the the online option in COD:WAW ….. then the 80023102 error happen …….cant even sign in now !!!

I think it’s related to Call of Duty, since I also received the update 1.04. Someones patching, “Don’t pay any attention to the man behind the curtain”

Hi yh Theo, I recently updated COD:WAW ready for map pack 2 (11th June 2009) and now i can sign in, but i cant put any money in my wallet, Playstation is full of bugs, but it is so much better than 360 lol
Ive been trying since the map pack 2 was released and when I try to put funds into my account it wont let me, when I try to download the map pack #2 it tells me An error has occured (80023102)?
When will this problem be solved?
i have the same problem. tried to download the island of burnout paradise last night and got the error 80023102. when i googel it, i do not get any helpfull information. i just sent an e-mail to sony and hope, that they will help me. i will let you know.

i phone the playstation help line and the said that its people is getting 1 thing so its making the store make errors. so he said try to buy things eairly morrning or when people hardly come on in your region

for the past 2 nights its been signing me out in the middle of my game in the past that never occurred it happens in between 11 an 12 that’s pacific time p.m this is shortly after u did maintenance i wish you could look into this because i can tell that it is not just me because when i go back to the lobby once it lets me sign back in instead of 950 it be down to 250 300 people an all the games will be just starting it’s becoming a little inconvenient .sorry this was the only site i could find to share my greavences(sry about misspelling)
Having come home from holiday only 3 days ago and hearing the new cod waw maps are available i went straight onto the playstation store

im getting error80023102 while trying to purchase BATTLEFIELD 1943 BUT…..I HAVE MONEY IN WALLET! U can transfer through account management just fine. But purchasing is impossible! AAARRGGHHHH!!!
i found that if you put the money on via transaction management, then purchase it should be fine!
get the error 80032102 then try adding it thorugh transfer to wallet and it tells me it cant add it. i know for a fact i have the cash to. strange

I try to download the Mega Men Maverik Hanter X for my pspgo and always this error 80023102 and I am already bored with it!
