[UPDATE] We received a message that now both PS3 and XBox 360 user’s are receiving issues on PSN and XBox Live while trying to download the Call of Duty Map Pack 1.
We’re getting some reports concerning PSN errors hitting some PS accounts today through the PS3. We’ve been told, since 2PM PDT (5PM EDT) some user’s have been receiving an error has occurred (80023102) code message. With today’s release of Thursday’s PlayStation Store update, this issue could be related to all the new updates. Other have reported, this issue is related to adding funds into the PlayStation Store wallet.
We’ll keep you posted as we investigate this issue…

Yes , I bought the gran turismo DLC content , and I’m not able to download it, nor my download list is showing up, However I was able to buy the total package with the costumes , circuit , paint and cars. I had no problem with that because it was an in game activated-dlc.
Yes i’m also having the same problem, i can’t seem to download anything and view my downloads list at all at the moment. Everytime i try to view my downloads list it comes up with

This is getting really annoying now as i just recently added some funds to my wallet to buy the new COD 7 zombie map pack Rezurrection. It’ll suck if i have to purchase what i have already purchased again. Please Sony fix this!

Ive bein haveing the same problem, when i bought the back to karkand expansion for bf 3 it did purchase it but it never started downloading. When i go to downloads it doesnt open and i get the error 80023102.
And its says in the download section, no content found.

I have same issue. Added £10 to my wallet on Friday 3rd Feb to download movies, money was taken from my funds for the rentals but movie did not download and when I went into download list kept coming up with same error message. Really annoyed

Quite a lot of people have been complaining. with the recent release of soulcalibur V and ffxiii-2 the customers who bought the collectors edition have got this error code and can’t use the DLC which is including with them, I appreciate your efforts in the past, but we no solution to give to our customers at this moment in time regarding the error.
Yeah, I can’t use my dlc I’ve downloaded it, but it won’t apply it to the game and when I go to view my download list it won’t allow me to view them, get it sorted soon please, I’ve bought a lot of stuff through the store and I’m not prepared just to lose it due to an error.
I have the same problem. sice it went do. they have messed it up. probably got a hack on their system… I go to download something and the Download button does not appear, Also cant see Download history. so the PSN store Is dead. no one can buy or download anything still!!! i was trying to get twisted metal. but whole store does not work!!!!

Im having problems adding funds in the playstation store. whenever i tried adding funds or confirming purchase a message said “my card information is not correct, go to account management to check if information is correct” Im 100% sure its correct, so i went back to the store to add funds and it said the same thing. I tried 4 more times and now the message says error code 80023102. i tried over and over and thats all it says now. problem started on march 2nd 2012 and its now march 3rd 2012 at 10:30pm and still it says error code 80023102. i tried playstation hotline twice and done everything they told me and it still doesn’t work same error code 80023102. what is the problem!?

I’m having the same stupid problem as everyone else, can’t add funds to my account to purchase the new assassin’s creed lost archives pack and not even two weeks I was able to purchase Jak 3. Same problem, had it for about three days now. Odd Thi g for me was that I was trying to download two games. Downloaded the first one fine, and got the error code for the second only minutes later, and haven’t been able to download since.
There is still a problem with my fifa 12 ultimate team, it disconnect’s after every ultimate team match and says there has been an error and just bring’s me back to main menu, all games i have won have gone down as a loss, and im losing coins and players because this still uses up there contracts even doh its disconnecting after matches, the game shouldn’t be released with these error’s, but then again, its typical ea

I am in South Africa and I could buy two games on 11 March just fine, but on 12 March (midnight) I am getting the fantastically useless error code 80023102 everyone else is getting. I tried through account management and all I get is “funds cannot be added to your account”. I am able to view my downloads and download free stuff like themes and disgaea 2 characters :/ but thats all. Its my first encounter with PSN and I would really love Final Fantasy IX. Its now 14 March and still no dice, great stuff Sony.

Mine started showing up 2 days ago.I wanted to add 5.00$ to my PSN account because I wanted to buy Map Pack 1 for Uncharted 3:Drake’s Deception Multiplayer Online and wouldn’t take it.I was worried that the card i had was empty so i checked it online and i found this site.I hope that Sony fixes it soon!!!!^_^
