The star studded cast of Leisure Suit Larry alone should make this game successful.  While the developers behind the game, Team 17, has drifted away from the traditional nudity behind previous Leisure Suit Larry’s, they kept the raw humor that made it a success series.  Will Celebrity voices, boost the red-headed step child that is Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust?

Additional voice talent in Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust includes an all-star cast of actors and actresses, including Jay Mohr (Last Comic Standing), Carmen Electra (Scary Movie), Tom Arnold (True Lies, ER, Roseanne), Dave Attell (Insomniac), Shannon Elizabeth (American Pie), Artie Lange (Howard Stern Show), Patrick Warburton (Family Guy), Jeffrey Tambor (Arrested Development), Nikki Cox (Las Vegas), Peter Graves (Mission Impossible), Jane Lynch (The 40 Year Old Virgin) and Josh Keaton (The Spectacular Spider-Man) as the voice of Larry Lovage.

2008 was a tough year for game publishers and Leisure Suit Larry was unfortunately mixed in.  A year ago, Vivendi announced this game would be heading to PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.  Then came the Activision-Blizzard merger (which acquired Vivendi), and Leisure Suit Larry was pushed to the side.   Well, we now know that Codemasters, has picked up the title and you can expect it to hit shelves this Spring (April ‘09).

In Box Office Bust, the original Larry is now a movie mogul, but a mole keeps leaking his ideas to the studio across the road. Larry turns to his nephew, Larry Lovage, to solve the mystery.

The game features the voice talent of Carmen Electra and Shannon Elizabeth and will see players taking part in rip-offs of classic movies, including: Bytanic, Beefcake Mountain and Horror Coffin.
