We know Godfather II is coming this Tuesday April 7th (PerezStart will premier the Godfather 2 review then) so let it be known now, Godfather II will also be making an appearance in PlayStation’s Home. Here’s some of the evidence regarding the breaking announcement. Let’s hope this news will be official soon.
Coming two weeks after The Godfather II hit’s retail on April 7th, the “premium upgrade” DLC will be available on the PS3 and Xbox 360. The DLC will provide players with level-four weapons, an additional crew member equipped with four unique specialties, and two new multiplayer maps. Here’s a list of what comes bundled in them and of course how much.
The full Godfather 2 bundle will cost ya $10.
* The Pentangeli Map Pack: All-new Cuba multiplayer map and Junkyard multiplayer map. ($6.75 / 540 MS Points)
* Level 4 Weapons Bundle: Modern Dillinger, the .700 Magnum Impact, the Herzstopper, the MG-S1 Sniper Wolfe, and the Street Sweeper. ($4.00 / 320 MS Points)
* Jack of All Trades: Download Jimmy Lira – Lira starts out with the arsonist, engineer, medic, and safecracker specialties and comes equipped with a level 2 machine gun – the MP38. ($4.00 / 320 MS Points)
* The Corleone Bundle — All of the above ($10.00 / 800 MS Points)
The booths I was looking for in particular was EA, Activision and THQ. I first watched as a young kid played as Hulk Hogan, in the upcoming Legends of Wrestlemania (LOW). THQ has always developed great wrestling games going back to WCW vs. NWO, by far the best controls in any wrestling games hands down.
Rope to the face, will cause a burning sensation
To know they’re working on LOW assured me that the gameplay would be great. Not so fast though. After a 20 minute wait, I finally got a chance to play. Only two characters to choose from I chose Andre the Giant over Hulk Hogan. Let me first say that the graphics (360) were spectacular and even the crowd was a great noticeable eye catching aspect of the game. Now the controls on the other hand were not the same as the aforementioned THQ WCW vs. NWO. There was an attack, a grapple, and I guess a block. My opponent told me about the block button after our first match, to which I lost but I never got the hang of it after my second lost. Let’s say I rarely loose twice in a row. The damn kid pissed me off, so I left, lol. Great looking game overall!
So day 2 of Comic Con is over and what did I see? I had hands-on with many of the upcoming games, so check out which games I absolutely loved and which one’s were “meh”.
I began my afternoon meeting up with a couple of the PR and Producers for Grand Theft Auto: China Town Wars. We spoke about the main character, Huang Lee and his relationship to the Triads. I openly joked with the Producer from RockStar Games, and asked if Huang Lee has any trace back to the Ziabatsu? I have to admit, he was impressed that I brought up a gang from Grand Theft Auto 2 and we chit chatted more about GTA2 then finally GTA:Chinatown Wars. Taxi Driver’s Must Die!!!
