Japanese credit card issuer Orient Corporation, or Orico, has posted a web page that indicates that Lucky Star Credit cards are on their way very soon! They are said to be accepting applications from eager Lucky Star fans this coming May along with Astro Boy, Gundam and Macross. Astro boy really , how about an anime  that is not from the 60’s, something a little more popular like Death Note or The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya? Well, let’s hope and pray that America will be getting these cards soon, I mean I am already sporting my Bank Of America Hello Kitty and Precious Moments credit card. Perhaps the U.S. will wise up already and make us otakus happy, perhaps starting with actual anime channels, that play anime all day not like after 2 am! That would be nice!
