We’re super excited for this iteration of Need For Speed Shift which will be hitting store shelves on September 22nd in North America. In the shots below you’ll notice pics of BMW, Aston Martin, and Nissan. I’m interested in my favorite, the Nissan Maxima… I wonder if they’ll release a DLC for that?

We got 3 new screens of EA’s upcoming Need For Speed: Shift and boy are the detailed. We’ve been fans of the series and these screens show us why we should be excited for Shift. NFS Shift will be take racing fans through a new area of driving focusing more on the true feeling of driving high-end performance cars.

The Need For Speed Online Franchise is being revamped. It’s coming to a ‘Personal Computer’ near you in MMO form. What that means for you is that you’ll finally feel like you own your car and race against other online players for recognition. I know that when I played Gran Turismo with my friends, we played for Pink slips, no copying of cars. Whoever lost the race would have their car moved to the winning players memory card (on the PlayStation). An idea that, that allowed the smacktalking to have meaning… and consequences!
