I know we have all wanted to visit a cosplay cafe, you know where pretty little Japanese girls serve you and tend to your every need. If you are lucky, they may even reenact a scene from your favorite anime on a stage. Now this is a treat for all your 2-D loving Otaku. What if you can have your cosplay maids look like anime characters? Sure, that sounds great and all, but do you really know who is under that costume? It could be a 13 year old boy for that matter.

I know , I know the whole otaku nation is in mourning with the semi- ending of K-On! There is a bonus Winter Day episode left but we just cannot take the cat ears, geeta, Tsugumi eyebrows  and Mio everything out of our hearts and minds. K-ON! will always be held dear to us forever. I am sure there will be another series, spin-off or more Ova’s because with the sensation it has stirred , it can go on forever. Until then have this catchy Azu-Nyan Nyan Nyan dance video play forever, until that day we we shall meet our beloved  After School Tea Time group again. Ok, the  first  cosplayer, cosplaying as Taiga is Naoki Shingu. I must say she is adorable and has the costume down perfectly but where is Taiga’s sword, her nasty expressions and attitude? I do not see it anywhere and to me that is important. Anyone can wear a costume. But can you become the person you are impersonating?  That is the question and the answer to that is the second cosplayer,  Midori Kanda. As you can see  she has the Taiga hair down, the attitude, sword and even Ryuji’s bento box made especially for her. Which is your favorite Taiga cosplayer? A Hokkaido bus company has decided to participate in the anime moe frenzy over taking Japan. I mean just look at Mio for K-ON! you know anything moe is a good thing. In response to the failing amount of passengers The “Moekko” ticket, which can be used on the coastline bus service of Hokkaido that runs through Rumoi city and Toyotomi town (none too central areas in the Hokkaido countryside) was introduced.

Issho ni Training is for those unhealthy otakus or hikikomori who stay home all day and shun themselves from the world and life itself. Since you are already home all day gaming and watching animes, why not do something productive for once! Work out to a sexy, adorable and fit anime character instead of those pesky womanly 3d videos!

The training instructor is Hinako-chan who will not only go over squatting, pushups and stomach exercises but will also do it in different costumes! I wonder if they will dress up in Lucky Star or K-On cosplay? I know a little too soon for K-ON! Well, if you think about it, Dance Dance Revolution has some hot 2d gals in costume and did pretty well, so I do not know how it will not succeed here! Why not, it is something different right? Who needs fresh air and a brisk run around the park right?

The event will be held Saturday May 2nd and in the NY Botanical garden so dress up as your favorite Lucky Star or Toradora! character and meet us there! You heard right Perezstart may be there! Boy, Do I have a surprise for all you Toradora!, Tsundre and loli character fans out there! Preorders have commenced for this adorable Taiga Aisaka pillow cover! One side of the pillow case is her as a  sexy tiger, fitting for her of course and the other side of is her, in her adorable padded blue swimsuit and hair buns! At 150cm by 50cm, Taiga is in fact depicted at roughly life-size (she is 143.6cm tall). The release date for these sexy and hump-able covers are July 16th, 2009 and they will retail for 9,240 yen! Just when you thought you had seen the last of “Clannad After Story”, another ova is announced! The television series will include a new “Another World: Kyou Arc” episode – an alternate continuity story starring character Kyou Fujibayashi! The bonus episode was formally announced during this past weekend’s “Kono Machi no Negai ga Kanau Basho” (This Town’s Wish Will Come True Here) publicity event.

I just started watching the “ToraDora!” anime and it is too cute! Basically it revolves around a little pint size girl named ” Taiga Aisaka”, who puts up a tough image as the palm top tiger to make up for her small stature. She befriends ”Ryuji” who is misjudged by his mean facial appearance but is truly a sweet heart to the core! He basically becomes her obedient dog and cooks for her, cleans, and follows her wherever she goes.

The two have their own love interests and try to help each other out gaining them. It seems like there is a little bit of a love triangle or love quad but we will see as it goes.
