This is for people who basically have so much money that the need to blow it all away. Or are so morbidly obese, that they need to have their car parked right out side of their apartment!  Basically , it is an apartment-side garage. Well you laugh now, rich folk with you car elevators and your huge wallets that can you spends tons on the Olive Garden on! It is ok, wait April 1st when you have to pay higher taxes thanks to Obama’s tax plan and we will see who has the last laugh!

200 Eleventh Avenue is boasting about its “En-Suite Sky Garage.” Basically, when you drive in, you pull into a car-sized elevator. The elevator recognizes your car automatically and brings you up to your floor. You then pull forward into your garage, and the elevator goes back down. You then step out of your car and right into your apartment. Needless to say, these apartments will be insanely, insanely expensive. As in, 1 bedrooms start at over $3 million and the penthouses go up to $17.5 million

It is ok rich bastards, I will park in my garage thank you very much! Not worth it!
